Ordering Information

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

On-line orders are secure. Purchases can be made through our secure shopping cart using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and bank transfers. We accept credit cards through Pay Pal because it’s a secure site which offers protection against fraud.



PERSONAL CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECKS, and MONEY ORDERS

Personal checks, Cashiers checks or Money order payments are accepted through regular mail. If paying by check please email us to reserve your purchase. Payment must be received within 7 days of reserving your item or it will be returned to inventory. Orders paid by check will be shipped once your check has cleared, which may be up to 10 days after receipt depending on your bank and form of payment.

Other payment methods may be discussed on an individual basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are based on destination and weight. Please contact us prior to ordering so we may determine shipping costs and prepare an invoice prior to your purchase. We will email you details at that time.

If by mistake you place an international order on-line, we will email you with instructions along with a shipping invoice once shipping costs has been calculated.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order anytime before your order is shipped. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Simply email us with your order number, billing name and address, and the reason for cancellation. Do not send any credit card information using email. If your order has already been shipped, you may return or exchange the items after you receive them. Please see our Refunds and Returns policy for additional information. After you’ve placed your order and your payment has been verified, you are obligated to the purchase made. If you’re not 100% satisfied you may return the item using our Refunds and Return Policy. However should you refuse to accept an order which has been delivered, we are unable to process the return.
