UNFORTUNATELY, IN A FEW COUNTRIES, PACKAGES TEND TO GET LOST IN TRANSIT ONCE THEY ARRIVE IN CUSTOMS. UNLESS YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER TAKES CHARGE OF ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE WITHIN THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED. If by mistake you place an international order online, we will email you with instructions along with a shipping invoice once shipping costs have been calculated.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order anytime before your order is shipped. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Simply email us with your order number, billing name and address, and the reason for cancellation. Do not send any credit card information using email.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return or exchange the items after you receive them. Please see our
Refunds and Returns policy for additional information.
After you’ve placed your order and your payment has been verified, you are obligated to the purchase made. If you’re not 100% satisfied you may return the item using our Refunds and Return Policy. However should you refuse to accept an order which has been delivered, we are unable to process the return.
