Finding Your Word
START WITH A QUESTION TO YOURSELF

Choose one or even two of the following question examples and write down the first words that come to mind:
  • What’s a goal of yours?
  • What brings you joy?
  • Is there something you want to improve on?
  • Is there something that you want to let go of?
  • What energizes you or makes you feel like your true-self?
What is your WORD of intention?
  • One word, a word that you may want to remind yourself of. You look down at your wrist, you're like "oh, there's something for me to remember"
  • Your word can be a challenge you want to overcome. So think about a challenge
  • If you can have anything in your life right now, what would that be?
  • What word would help you make it through the next chapter of your life?
  • If you had a magic wand and you could bring more of anything in your life, what would that word be?
Now... is there a question you want to ask yourself?

ELABORATE

What’s holding you back from achieving your answer to these questions? What WORD, as a daily reminder, would help you achieve what you’re looking for from these questions?
  • For example, If you want to start your own business but have some doubts you’d like to overcome, you could choose a word such as BELIEVE, COURAGE, or IGNITE.
  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you may choose a reminder like BREATHE, STRENGTH, or FAITH.
  • If your devotion is to your family or faith, if you’re thankful for so much in your life, your word maybe; FAMILY, FAITH, GRATEFUL, or DEVOTED.
It’s important to understand that your WORD can be simple. It’s what it reminds you of that’s important, not the WORD in itself. If there’s something holding you back you may think of the WORDs “MAKE TIME” or “ORGANIZE”.

***Honor yourself, or anyone, with a WORD of encouragement or appreciation. Because anytime is a good time to be reminded of our strength through intention.***
